With excellent UV protection on vulnerable inks, no odour, and self-levelling properties, this resin is the perfect choice for artists who need high-quality results with minimal hassle.
Apex Resin® Quantum is dense enough to hold heavy-bodied inks, drifting powders, and heavy glitter like resin mixes. It allows for the blending of inks and resin-specific pigments without thinning or losing texture, making it ideal for creating intense marbling effects and other unique finishes. Very dominant powders such as floating metal powders are less invasive resulting in less spread across the surface.

For example if you purchase the 4 Litre Kit you will receive 4 x 1L kits of Fast Set. This ensures your order has a longer shelf life as bottles remain closed until needed, they are easier to handle and pour from and we can say thank you by saving you pennies for buying more!
RESIN SAFETY
Apex Resin® Quantum is non toxic and safe for home use when used as directed. As with all Resins, it is important that you read the safety precautions and SDS sheet carefully before use and contact us if you have any questions.
- Always wear nitrile gloves.
- Work in a well ventilated room. If this isn’t possible we recommend a respirator is worn.
- Wear a respirator when sanding or polishing resin.
- Protect eyes. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes and seek medical advice.
- Avoid skin contact, if contact occurs, wash well with soap and water
- Allow the resin to fully cure before handling
- Avoid contact with clothes and furniture
- If resin is poured onto any unwanted areas please wipe immediately with a clean, dry cloth using acetone or a similar solvent
- Do not eat, drink or smoke while working
- If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately
- If alcohol inks have been used, do not use a torch or naked flame as alcohol is flammable. When alcohol inks are used in conjunction with other colourants, we advise the use of a respirator.

Omg I cant even begin to explain how good apex quantum is. I have only just started tumbling and using quantum makes it so easy. Its a really thick resin so you don't waste any, or very little. Its touch dry within a few hours and is far superior to any other ordinary that I have used. Would definitely recommend

I have been using resin for a number of years and have tried soo hard to perfect waves, I'm by no means there yet but feel quantum is a game changer for anyone wanting to create waves on their art piece, I have left resin to stand to thicken and used have used lacing products to create that wave effect but have nearly always ended up with a mess of white but quantum is a thicker resin i found i could pour the resin on a work with it straight away no waiting. Now to perfect it.

So I’m going to go against the grain here! I’ve used literally all the resins these guys have. I saw this and loved the curing time. It says tumbler resin, however I don’t do tumbling I’m actually casting with it and I can tell you it casts great also. I’ve casted small 25mm cubed blocks and turned on the lathe with it and it’s perfect for it… so if the question is can you cast with it the answer is yes you can.

I bought myself many years ago a turning machine. I couldn't get any good results and stopped using it. I bought some Apex Quantum and decided to have another go with glass Vases. It was fun and they looked wonderful due to the quality resin. Very happy with this product and to be using my turner again.
