• Refer to your instruction leaflet to ensure accurate results.
• Cure with a 36 watt UV lamp at a distance of 20 - 25 cm for up to 2 - 4 minutes
• Set the lamp for 30 - 60 seconds initially (if the resin remains tacky, repeat up to the full 4 minutes). Cure time is dependent on the thickness of the pour, thinner pours may cure in the first 30 seconds.
• Ensure the lamp is not too close to the resin surface or too powerful to avoid imperfections
• Pour up to a thickness of 4mm to avoid bubble formation 
• For thicker pours apply in layers
• Cure time in natural sunlight (sunny day) 10 - 15 minutes
• Cure time in natural sunlight (cloudy day) 30 - 60 minutes

We offer this resin in sizes - 100g, 300g and 500g so we can offer you a great discount for larger volumes. Please note you will receive your order in multiples of our 100g bottle. For example if you purchase 500g you receive 5 x 100g bottles of Apex UV. This ensures your order has a longer shelf life as bottles remain closed until needed, they are easier to handle and pour from and we can say thank you by saving you pennies for buying more!

Our resins have been formulated with the most up to date epoxy resin chemicals and technology and with safety in mind. Apex Resin is safe for home use. (When used as directed)

As with all Resins, it is important that you read the safety precautions associated with our product carefully before use and contact us if you have any questions.

• Always wear nitrile gloves
• Wear a respirator when sanding partially cured resin 
• Work in a well ventilated room
• Although a respirator is essential when sanding partially cured resin, we also recommend the use of one whenever working with resin for complete protection, especially when additives such as inks, paints, pigments have been added to resin
• Wear safety goggles
• Avoid skin contact, if contact occurs-wash with soap and water
• Allow the resin to fully cure before handling
• Avoid contact with clothes and furniture. If resin is poured on unwanted areas wipe immediately with a clean, dry cloth using acetone or similar solvent 
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while working
• In case of eye contamination wash with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes and seek medical advice immediately.
• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately
• If alcohol inks have been used, do not use a flame as alcohol is flammable. When alcohol inks are used in conjunction with other colourants, we advise the use of a respirator.
• Keep out of reach of children 
• Not recommended for food contact
