For shipments to the USA. We collect duties and taxes at checkout and pay these to the courier, so there will be no additional fees to be paid by you to receive your order.
If any orders are returned to us from the USA, we are unfortunately unable to refund any customs charges or shipping costs as we will not be refunded by the courier for those. We can only issue refunds for the products purchased. Thank you for your understanding.
For shipments to the EU. No additional customs fees for orders with products totalling €150 Euros or less. Orders over €150 Euros may still be subject to customs fees.
Customs fees may be due on goods sent to other international destinations. These may be requested by the courier to be paid prior to your order being delivered. As those fees are collected to receive the goods in your country, we deduct all taxes from our product prices.
Once a purchase is made you will receive an email with detailed information about how to track the progress of your order from packing through to dispatch. Including when we have picked your products, packed them in the box and passed them to the courier!
- Our next day services arrive the next working day. However on rare occasions during busier periods and courier issues beyond our control this may take longer and cannot be guaranteed, but we will always do our best to make this possible in any way we can : )
- Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) will be shipped the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday.
- To track the progress of a current order, please check your email for instructions on how to do this. A link to download your order invoice is also available from your shipping confirmation email.
- Please ensure all addresses are entered carefully at checkout as we are unable to refund orders lost in transit due to addresses entered incorrectly. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change this for you : ) although this is not always possible as we do begin to pack and dispatch items very quickly once they are placed!
